Senior Project Manager – Green Hydrogen Projects (FEED & EPC)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale green hydrogen projects from Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) through Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC), commissioning and start-up. The role demands strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments while delivering on schedule, cost, quality and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive EPC execution from detailed engineering to procurement, construction, commissioning and hand‑over.
• Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, OEMs and consultants, ensuring contractual, technical and regulatory compliance.
• Lead project controls – cost, schedule, risk, reporting – and provide executive‑level updates to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, operations and commercial teams.
• Oversee commercial and contractual matters, including variations, claims and dispute resolution.
• Identify and mitigate execution risks, enforce international HSE and quality standards, and promote a safety‑first culture.
• Act as primary contact for investors, partners, regulators, utilities, OEMs and EPC contractors, preparing strategic reports and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil or related); Master’s or MBA preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in Oil & Gas, energy or large-scale infrastructure, covering FEED and EPC phases.
• Demonstrated experience in green hydrogen, ammonia, renewable energy or large process‑plant projects.
