Senior Project Manager – Highways and Bridges

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience to lead major transportation and civil infrastructure projects in Riyadh, including roads, highways, bridges and tunnels. The role involves end‑to‑end delivery, technical leadership and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director in overall project execution and decision‑making.
• Review and approve technical documents submitted by contractors, ensuring design sufficiency and resolving conflicts.
• Develop and implement procedures for planning, supervising construction works and controlling project costs.
• Monitor progress, resource use and stakeholder relationships, applying corrective actions and change‑control processes as needed.
• Contribute to the resolution of technical issues and continuously improve project management processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, engineering management or a related field (preferred).
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Over 20 years of experience, with at least 15 years as a Project Manager on complex infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience supervising construction as a consultant, with specific road project experience.
• Advanced English; basic Arabic is a plus.

• PRINCE2 methodology.
• Civil/Construction engineering expertise.
• Technical writing and report preparation.
