Senior Project Manager – Hytera Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of mission‑critical Hytera communication projects across Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong technical expertise in Hytera solutions and proven project management experience in telecom, public safety or oil & gas sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regular reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Hytera‑based communication projects, defining scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams (engineering, integration, procurement) and external stakeholders, including vendors and subcontractors.
• Oversee dispatch systems, control rooms, site surveys, installation, testing and commissioning activities.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, issues and changes, and ensure compliance with technical standards, safety and contractual requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in telecom project management.
• Hands‑on experience with Hytera solutions.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi telecom regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
