Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the development of strategic initiatives, oversee large‑scale projects and events, and ensure successful delivery through effective vendor coordination, budget control, and contract management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategies based on clear outcomes and KPIs, providing evidence of past project contributions.
• Manage large‑scale projects or events such as conferences, exhibitions, and other activations.
• Support the creation of required RFP scopes.
• Coordinate multiple vendors across various projects and activations.
• Oversee budgets for multiple activations and ensure financial compliance.
• Liaise with finance and legal teams to finalize contracts, agreements, and payments.
• Perform any other duties as required by the direct manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
• Proven project management experience on large‑scale initiatives.
• Ability to multitask across several projects simultaneously.
• Strong time‑management and teamwork capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• High empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Capability to produce analysis reports.
