Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects for Al Shuwayer Group of Companies. Reporting to the Projects Manager, you will ensure that all contractual obligations are met, timelines are respected, and quality standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Supervise all project activities, including procurement, scheduling, and coordination of internal teams and external contractors.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in an engineering role.
• 5‑10 years of progressive project management experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical ability and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence decisions, and adapt to fast‑changing environments.
