Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will lead key projects using agile methodology, from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans based on requirements for fixed‑cost or progressive projects.
• Manage a Scrum team, ensuring effective cooperation and collaboration among members.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct daily and weekly Agile meetings to enhance communication and maximize productivity.
• Review sprint outcomes and follow up on demos for various stakeholders.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and appropriate task division among team leaders.
• Collaborate with business analysts to develop documentation and technical guides for end users.
• Promote company and project standards in all deliverables.
• Prepare status reports and conduct regular project status meetings.
• Communicate with other TPMs to ensure adherence to best practices and methodologies.

Required profile

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in the Fintech industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Delivery‑oriented with strong multitasking, communication, reporting, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
