Senior Project Manager – Lead Complex Projects

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale projects. You will oversee all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative aspects, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage Project Execution, Health & Safety, and QA/QC plans.
• Assign tasks to team members based on qualifications and monitor deliverables for compliance.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors, and pursue additional work opportunities.
• Prepare and distribute project summaries, and provide input for performance reviews.
• Mobilize resources across support departments, offices, and subsidiaries to build effective project teams.
• Collaborate with managers, engineers, and discipline leads to create budgets, schedules, and action plans for cost or schedule variances.
• Maintain change orders, monitor progress, and report milestones to senior management.
• Represent the company with clients and key subcontractors, handling field responsibilities such as labor relations, local procurement, and payroll operations.
