Senior Project Manager – Major Construction Project

About the role

Senior Project Manager needed to lead a major construction project for DAMMAMA Main Contractor in Riyadh. The role requires overseeing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring BIM‑driven delivery, and coordinating closely with the client and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors, managing schedule, cost, quality, and HSE performance.
• Direct the Technical Office and BIM teams, delivering BIM models, coordination, clash detection, shop drawings, RFIs and as‑built deliverables.
• Coordinate civil, architectural and MEP works to ensure integrated project execution.
• Maintain strong communication with client and consultant, ensuring project milestones are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience delivering major construction projects with a main contractor.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and effective client/consultant coordination.
• Extensive BIM experience and ability to manage BIM‑related processes.
• Fluent English (Arabic proficiency preferred) and immediate availability.
• Previous experience on ROSHN projects is highly valued.
