Senior Project Manager – Mega Infrastructure

About the role

Parsons is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale infrastructure and mega‑development projects in the Tabuk region of Saudi Arabia. You will own the full project lifecycle, from concept through delivery, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end direction for multi‑disciplinary engineering and construction packages.
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, government authorities, subcontractors, and joint‑venture partners.
• Develop detailed execution plans, master schedules, and financial budgets, while proactively managing risks and variations.
• Enforce strict HSE and Quality Assurance standards throughout all project phases.
• Mentor and manage a diverse team of project controls, engineering, and construction professionals.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of progressive project management experience on large civil infrastructure, roads/bridges, or urban development projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record working in the Middle East, preferably on Saudi Arabian giga‑projects.
• Fluent English with strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
