Senior Project Manager (Saudi National)

About the role

Egis, an international architecture, consulting, construction engineering and mobility services group operating in 100 countries, is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a pre-contract bias to join its Riyadh team. The role oversees the planning, execution and delivery of design projects for key clients, acting as a bridge between creative teams and stakeholders while managing resources, schedules and deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, set timelines and establish budgets, and coordinate project planning and execution
• Manage and motivate design teams, assign tasks and guide staff
• Keep stakeholders informed, manage expectations and address their concerns
• Coordinate schedules, resources and budgets, and oversee quality of design deliverables
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Track expenses, prepare cost forecasts and budget reports, and control costs throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare project plans, status reports and post-project reviews
• Facilitate collaboration between design teams, marketing, product development and external agencies

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in design consultancy, architecture or engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline
• Mandatory registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers
• PMP certification is desirable
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects in Saudi Arabia
• Experience of cost/commercial management in collaborative teams is preferred
