Senior Quantity Surveyor – Riyadh

About the role

Ambatt Holding is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Riyadh office. You will lead cost management activities across construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate budgeting, reporting and contract compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost plans, cost control and cost reporting throughout project lifecycles.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), perform quantity measurements and support tendering processes.
• Draft and manage contract documentation, variations, claims, valuations and final accounts.
• Apply FIDIC or equivalent contract frameworks to safeguard project interests.
• Collaborate with project teams to monitor budgets, forecast expenditures and optimise resource allocation.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in cost control, cost planning and cost reporting on construction/infrastructure projects.
• Experience in GCC projects is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with cost management software.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
• Expertise in BOQ preparation, quantity measurement, tendering and contract documentation.
