Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

CCL Arabia Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to expand its client base across Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on building long‑term relationships with both candidates and leading engineering, energy and industrial organisations, while delivering permanent, contract and workforce‑solution services.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage high‑quality engineering and technical professionals.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns from qualification to placement.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients across Saudi Arabia.
• Support business development activities and attend client meetings.
• Promote CCL’s recruitment, contract staffing and workforce‑solution offerings.
• Collaborate with international delivery teams to meet client requirements.
• Build a personal market presence and become a trusted recruitment partner in the specialist sector.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Background recruiting within Engineering, Energy, Oil & Gas, Construction, Technology or Industrial sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ambitious, commercially aware and eager to develop new business.
• Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel across Saudi Arabia.
