Senior Registrar – Pediatrics

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Registrar in Pediatrics to deliver comprehensive medical care to newborns, infants, children and adolescents both on‑site and via telemedicine. The role focuses on patient‑centered care, population health management and value‑based delivery within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide physical and telemedicine consultations, conduct thorough assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests for pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement evidence‑based, age‑appropriate treatment plans and manage acute, chronic and developmental conditions.
• Promote preventive health through well‑child visits, vaccinations, growth monitoring and health education for families.
• Collaborate with specialists, nurses, allied health professionals and community resources to ensure coordinated care.
• Engage in population health initiatives, value‑based care practices and quality improvement activities.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD, MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Completed residency in Pediatrics and board certification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• Proven experience as a Registrar in Pediatrics, preferably in hospital or telehealth settings.
• Strong clinical competence in diagnosing and managing a wide range of pediatric conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Experience using Telemedicine platforms for remote patient care.
