Senior Reporting and Presentation Specialist

About the role

The Senior Reporting and Presentation Specialist will create high-quality, visually engaging presentations and regular project reports for senior management and clients. This role ensures clear communication of business objectives, project progress, and strategic initiatives through professional presentation materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design C-level presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or similar tools, adhering to branding guidelines.
• Transform complex documents, raw data, and strategy materials into clear, structured visual presentations.
• Prepare regular project reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and management presentations on schedule.
• Manage multiple presentation and reporting assignments while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with senior management, project teams, and stakeholders to structure content logically.
• Create original graphics, charts, infographics, and layouts to enhance clarity and engagement.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and design standards across all deliverables.
• Support teams with reporting templates, formatting, and visual storytelling requirements.
• Organise and preserve presentation assets, templates, and reporting materials for future use.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive business information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in presentation design, project reporting, or visual communication.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality presentation design and creative versatility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
