Senior Route Salesman

About the role

The Senior Route Salesman will join PepsiCo’s KSA sales team, responsible for driving sales of the company’s beverage and convenient‑food portfolio across an assigned route network. The role focuses on maximizing sales volume, minimizing product stales, and delivering high‑level customer service while adhering to PepsiCo’s merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Sell the full range of PepsiCo products to an agreed list of customers and achieve predefined sales targets.
• Maintain distribution levels and keep product stales below target thresholds.
• Collect accounts receivable and ensure timely payments.
• Implement agreed merchandising standards during each customer visit.
• Provide daily market insights to the supervisor to identify new sales opportunities.
• Complete daily debriefings and vehicle checks in line with operating procedures.
• Attend training courses to improve professionalism and customer service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in route or field sales, preferably within the consumer‑goods sector.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel daily across the assigned route in Saudi Arabia.
