Senior Sales Engineer

About the role

The Senior Sales Engineer will drive new customer acquisition, maintain existing relationships, and convert quotes into orders. You will also survey the market for leads, build a healthy pipeline, and work on strategic accounts to close large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Add new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare quotes and follow up to convert them into orders.
• Survey the market to generate leads.
• Achieve business targets and enhance profitability.
• Build a healthy pipeline to ensure continuous business bookings.
• Work on strategic accounts to help close large‑scale projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years HVAC project sales experience in the Eastern Region of KSA.
• Knowledge or contacts in the oil and gas sector (nice to have).
• Proven sales record with strong market network.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Very good communication skills.
