Senior Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, self‑driven Senior Sales Executive to convert our existing quotation pipeline into signed contracts and to generate new business across the industrial sector in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province. This individual‑contributor position carries full ownership of revenue targets and reports directly to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new business across plants, factories, and industrial facilities in the Eastern Province.
• Own and drive conversion of the new/existing quotation pipeline into invoiced sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement, QA/QC, and maintenance decision‑makers at client sites.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, site visits, quotation follow‑up, negotiation, and closing.
• Coordinate with technical and laboratory teams to ensure quotes and proposals accurately reflect service capability and turnaround.
• Mentor and support the Junior Sales Executive; help build a repeatable, disciplined sales process.
• Maintain accurate CRM/pipeline records and report on sales activity, forecasts, and conversion rates.
• Support vendor registration and onboarding processes with new client organisations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years of B2B sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably selling calibration, testing, inspection, instrumentation or other technical/laboratory services to industrial clients.
• Proven track record of closing deals with plants, factories or industrial facilities (oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing or similar sectors is a strong plus).
• Existing network of procurement/technical contacts in the Eastern Province.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to client sites.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
