Senior Sales Executive – Projects

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive – Projects will support the Area Sales Manager in driving B2B sales of Jotun Decorative products across construction projects in Dammam. You will build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and execute sales plans to meet revenue, margin, DSO and market‑share targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote, introduce and sell decorative paint products to construction projects through regular customer visits and market intelligence gathering.
• Conduct ground mapping and area audits of ongoing and upcoming projects to spot opportunities before tender stages.
• Maintain a qualified sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring accurate tracking, forecasting and alignment with budget targets.
• Monitor awarded projects, defend scope against competitors and ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage assigned accounts, follow‑up on credit terms and achieve DSO targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely delivery and excellent service, interpreting technical documents for accurate quotations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering or Building Materials (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of experience in project sales, B2B and business development.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, systematic approach with strong networking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting.
