Senior Sales Manager - KSA Market

About the role

Khibraty is hiring a Senior Sales Manager for its Business Development department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role reports to the Head of BD and leads strategic sales and revenue growth across the public and private sectors by acquiring clients, building partnerships and expanding the company's portfolio of consulting, research and data-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets and market growth goals.
• Identify, engage and close high-value clients in the KSA private sector across multiple industries.
• Nurture long-term client relationships at C-suite and decision-maker level.
• Pitch the company's catalog of services (data, research, consultancy, data collection).
• Oversee the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation and deal closure.
• Lead, coach and mentor junior sales team members.
• Work with marketing, operations and product teams to tailor client solutions.
• Analyse market trends, client feedback and competitor activity to improve products and services.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consulting, data, research or digital solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding multi-million SAR sales targets.
• Strong network in the KSA public and private sectors.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to lead and inspire sales teams and drive strategic growth.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho and Salesforce.
• Data-driven sales management.
