Senior SAP SuccessFactors HCM & Payroll Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) specialist to lead strategic HR and payroll transformation initiatives. The role combines deep functional expertise with the ability to design end‑to‑end hire‑to‑retire and pay‑to‑report processes for a global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis, process design, and requirements management for HR and payroll projects.
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP modules, including integrations and data migration.
• Apply BPMN modeling to document and optimise HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with local tax, payroll, and reporting regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain documentation, governance standards, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of functional HRIS experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll or SAP HCM Payroll.
• Participation in at least two full‑lifecycle SuccessFactors EC implementations, including EC‑ECP integration.
• Proven ability to use BPMN for structured requirements analysis.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes, payroll calculations, and tax reporting.
