Senior SEO, Organic Growth & Website Experience Specialist

About the role

MOZN is seeking a senior SEO professional to lead its organic growth strategy, improve website performance, and boost visibility across AI‑powered search platforms. The role is accountable for driving organic traffic, generating pipeline, and enhancing conversion rates for the company’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with revenue and pipeline goals.
• Own keyword rankings, search visibility, and organic lead generation.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements to site architecture, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance.
• Manage structured data, schema markup, redirects, XML sitemaps, and canonical tags.
• Partner with developers to resolve website issues and enhance user journeys, navigation, and conversion paths.
• Create SEO‑driven content strategies, topic clusters, and keyword frameworks for blogs, solution pages, product pages, and resource centers.
• Optimize multilingual content in English and Arabic.
• Increase visibility on AI‑powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.
• Track and report on organic traffic, rankings, backlinks, engagement metrics, MQLs, opportunities, and revenue influence.
• Develop backlink acquisition, thought‑leadership, PR, and guest‑posting initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in SEO and organic growth, with a track record of increasing traffic and pipeline.
• Strong technical SEO expertise, including site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and mobile performance.
• Experience optimizing content for multilingual audiences and AI‑driven search engines.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
