Senior Site Architect – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Architect to act as the lead architectural authority on a high‑profile project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will ensure that the contractor delivers all architectural works in strict accordance with approved contract documents, drawings, specifications, and material approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site architectural supervision and construction administration for a large‑scale development.
• Manage RFI resolution, review shop drawings, approve materials, and conduct on‑site quality inspections.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code, Amanah Al‑Riyadh regulations, and statutory authority standards.
• Oversee quality management systems, ITP processes, and NCR administration.
• Utilise document management platforms (e.g., Aconex, Procore) and BIM coordination tools to maintain accurate construction records.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years at senior architect level in site supervision or construction administration.
• Master’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
• Professional registration with ARB (UK), NCAAB (KSA), or an equivalent recognised body.
