Senior Software Engineer – Technical Lead

About the role

Adree is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to provide technical leadership, drive engineering best practices, and deliver scalable, reliable software solutions. The role blends hands‑on development with architecture design, mentorship, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical execution of software development initiatives and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Design and contribute to system architecture, including microservices, distributed systems, and APIs.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and mentor junior engineers.
• Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2‑3 years in a technical leadership or senior engineer role.
• Proven track record of delivering production systems at scale and mentoring a team of 3‑8 engineers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one primary language such as Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, caching, data modeling, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Version control with Git and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
