Senior Solution Consultant, Autonomous Risk & Security

About the role

ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Solution Consultant for its Identity & Security team in Riyadh. The consultant partners with Sales to help customers solve complex identity, access and security challenges, reporting to the Solution Consulting Manager. The role builds ServiceNow's Identity & Security go-to-market, acting as a trusted technical and business advisor who translates requirements into solutions that reduce risk, improve governance and enable secure operations. It suits someone comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, growth-stage team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales on discovery, solution design and technical validation for Identity & Security use cases, engaging security, identity, IT and risk stakeholders
• Design solutions covering identity governance, access control, risk reduction and security automation
• Deliver value-based demonstrations and act as technical authority during evaluations, proof-of-concepts and competitive situations
• Translate capabilities into business outcomes such as reduced risk, improved compliance and operational efficiency, and support executive-level conversations
• Support complex sales cycles from discovery through close, mitigating technical risks and collaborating with internal teams on feasibility and scalability
• Share field insights with peers and leadership, and give feedback to Product, Enablement and Marketing

Required profile

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales or a related technical role, with a track record of technical wins and deal outcomes
• Proven pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
• Experience supporting enterprise-level complex sales cycles
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and present them to customers
• Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders, strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Willingness to travel 25-50%
• Fluent in Arabic and English

Required skills

• Identity and security concepts, including identity governance, access management and risk
• Demonstrable knowledge of Security Operations and several core GRC domains
• Curiosity about and adoption of AI and emerging sales support technologies
