Senior Sourcing & Procurement Specialist (Saudi National)

About the role

FedEx is seeking a Senior Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to lead strategic sourcing activities across air, ground and vehicle transport, fuel and related services. The role is open to Saudi nationals and supports the company’s global logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for air transport, ground transport, vehicles, fuel and professional services.
• Manage international procurement processes, supplier selection, contract negotiation and implementation.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct reporting & analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with operational needs.
• Maintain internal processes, tooling and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Required profile

• Saudi national with extensive experience in sourcing and procurement within logistics or transportation.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and sound judgment.
