Senior Specialist, Digital Transformation

About the role

The Senior Specialist in Digital Transformation will lead the design, implementation, and support of digital initiatives across the Fund. This role bridges business needs with technology solutions, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute digital transformation projects under manager supervision, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
• Support configuration and deployment of digital platforms, applications, and automation tools across departments.
• Provide technical and functional assistance to end‑users to maximize adoption of digital solutions.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents, feasibility studies, and gap analyses for solution design.
• Research industry best practices, case studies, and comparative analyses to inform innovative approaches.
• Assist in supplier and solution evaluations by delivering technical analyses.
• Communicate success stories and innovations through internal presentations and interactive platforms.
• Collect employee feedback to refine digital initiatives and promote a culture of innovation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
• Interact with suppliers and consultants, reviewing technical documentation and testing models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital transformation, information systems, or innovation.
