Senior Specialist, Financial Revenue Controlling

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Financial Revenue Controlling will support CEERAM's revenue operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and profitability. Acting as a key partner to commercial teams, the role drives pricing strategies, conducts revenue analysis, and supports forecasting while safeguarding revenue integrity through robust processes and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Commercial Operations and Finance to align business objectives with growth and profitability targets.
• Develop and support pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and competitive pricing studies.
• Prepare detailed financial performance reports, including inventories, discounts, budgets, and variance analysis.
• Create forecasts, scenario models, and business cases to inform management decisions.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and analyze existing streams to improve margin.
• Monitor revenue‑related KPIs and ensure compliance with pricing governance and internal controls.
• Support implementation and optimisation of ERP systems (SAP FI, CO‑PA) and revenue‑related systems (DMS).
• Act as liaison between Finance and operational divisions to ensure alignment of financial objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, revenue controlling or pricing.
