Senior Specialist - Marketing Organization Planning

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Specialist to lead the planning and optimisation of the marketing department’s organisational structure. You will ensure that roles, resources and processes align with the company’s strategic objectives and support high‑performing marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the marketing organisation structure, aligning roles with strategic goals.
• Conduct workforce analysis, capacity planning and talent‑management support to boost team performance.
• Partner with HR and marketing leadership to forecast staffing needs and drive recruitment, development and retention initiatives.
• Monitor organisational effectiveness, propose improvements and enhance productivity and collaboration.
• Maintain up‑to‑date job descriptions, career paths and competency frameworks.
• Support change‑management initiatives related to structural or process changes.
• Prepare regular reports and insights on organisational planning for senior leadership.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in marketing organisational design.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in organisational planning, preferably within a marketing or communications environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with workforce planning and talent‑management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage several projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
• Knowledge of marketing functions and organisational dynamics is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
