Senior Specialist - Operations Performance

About the role

DP World is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead data‑analysis initiatives that boost operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement across its Saudi Arabian operations. You will provide strategic insights through advanced analytics and mentor junior analysts to embed a data‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee internal and external reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Lead the automation of manual reports in partnership with IT.
• Develop and implement optimisation and prediction models for lean projects.
• Manage complex data tasks while delivering high‑quality outputs.
• Establish quality‑check mechanisms and KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Promote best practices in data management and analysis.
• Collaborate with senior management to align data initiatives with business goals.
• Identify waste, trends and process variations to support continuous‑improvement monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, MIS or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis with a proven track record of leading projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
