Senior Strategy Consultant / Manager - Public Sector

About the Role

Join a high-impact strategic project in Riyadh's public sector. As a Senior Consultant / Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping organizational excellence and driving large-scale strategic transformations within a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and optimize organizational policies and procedures in alignment with international best practices.
• Support strategic analysis, comprehensive benchmarking, and the refreshment of long-term strategic frameworks.
• Lead and drive key strategic initiatives from conception to implementation.
• Design and implement robust KPIs, performance dashboards, and monitoring mechanisms to track progress.
• Address high-level ad-hoc client requests, including investment planning, partnership evaluations, and executive-level presentations.
• Facilitate workshops and engage directly with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.

Candidate Profile

• 7 to 8 years of proven experience in management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Demonstrated expertise in policy development and strategic implementation.
• Strong track record in performance management and KPI definition.
• Ability to navigate complex public sector environments and manage high-level stakeholder relationships.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
