Senior Structural Engineer

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead design and analysis activities on upstream and downstream oil and gas projects. You will work across the project lifecycle, from FEED through construction, ensuring structural integrity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structural design and advanced dynamic analysis for complex facilities.
• Develop and review calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical and interface issues.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support on‑site activities.
• Support FEED, detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Extensive experience in structural engineering for oil and gas projects, both upstream and downstream.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and solve complex engineering problems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability.
