About the role
Walter P Moore is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join its Riyadh office. The role involves leading structural design and analysis for concrete, steel, and other building systems while collaborating closely with project managers and the structures team.
Key responsibilities
- Perform structural computations and create 2D/3D analysis models for various structural frames.
- Interpret analysis results, calculate gravity and lateral loads according to applicable building codes, and prepare design drawings, quantities, cost estimates, and specifications.
- Assist with construction administration tasks, including site visits, shop drawing reviews, and preparation of technical studies and reports.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering.
- 5‑9 years of relevant experience and membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (grade "Engineer").
- Saudi national with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Revit.
- Experience using Rhino.
- Familiarity with Grasshopper.
