About the role
The Senior Supervisor Engineering will oversee all engineering activities at Kaynuna Beach Escape, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas and hotel facilities are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership of the engineering team and a proactive approach to maintenance and technical issue resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily engineering operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas and hotel facilities meet the highest standards.
- Lead the engineering team in responding promptly to maintenance requests and technical issues.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programmes for electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Monitor the condition and performance of all building services and report any deficiencies.
