Senior Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee and optimise our end‑to‑end supply chain operations. You will coordinate procurement, inventory, warehousing and logistics activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials for our industrial, hydraulic and maintenance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement, inventory, warehousing and logistics activities to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and guarantee timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Track and follow up with suppliers on purchase orders, deliveries and lead times.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet daily operational and project requirements.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery, logistics or supply‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate supply chain records and prepare regular operational and inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and established supply chain procedures.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and support cost‑saving initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or inventory coordination.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, inventory control and logistics management.
• Strong organisational, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• ERP systems experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo)
