Senior Team Manager - Logistics

About the role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager – Logistics to oversee transport operations in Khamis, Saudi Arabia. The role ensures that transport supervisors execute daily plans, deliver products, collect milk on schedule and return to the central processing point.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise transport supervisors to carry out planned shifts and daily operations.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and collection of milk according to schedule.
• Coordinate return of vehicles to the central processing point (CPP).
• Monitor compliance with QSHE, health and safety standards and company quality policies.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting using computer systems.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering or logistics.
• 5‑7 years of experience supervising transport teams or similar logistics functions.
• Strong knowledge of QSHE, health & safety standards and quality policies.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Punctual, disciplined and a good team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
