Senior Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

The Senior Trade Marketing Manager will develop and execute effective trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders. This position leads a dedicated team and collaborates across departments to ensure alignment with Nadec’s overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual business plan and translate the corporate strategy into operational trade‑marketing plans.
• Lead, motivate and develop the Trade Marketing team, setting priorities, managing performance and providing coaching.
• Prepare and monitor the department budget, analysing financial performance against targets.
• Design category trade plans by channel, ensuring desired market‑share and optimal distribution.
• Coordinate with below‑the‑line (BTL) agencies to produce point‑of‑sale materials that follow brand guidelines.
• Create and manage a promotion calendar that maximises return on investment.
• Gather competitive intelligence and develop timely responses and future strategies.
• Recommend comprehensive sales solutions based on market understanding to protect and grow brand volume and value.
• Analyse supply‑demand volatility using past sales data and trends to forecast monthly needs.
• Finalize monthly, weekly and annual category plans and submit market visit reports.

Required profile

• Significant experience in trade marketing within the FMCG or dairy sector.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience in budgeting and financial monitoring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and distribution channels.
