Senior Travel Consultant – Implant Position

About the role

We are seeking a Saudi national to join our client’s premises as a Senior Travel Consultant on an implant project. The role focuses on corporate and business travel ticketing, itinerary creation, and hotel bookings, ensuring seamless service for our client’s travel needs.

Key responsibilities

• Book, issue, re‑issue and refund air tickets using Amadeus or Sabre.
• Handle flight changes, cancellations and urgent bookings.
• Prepare travel itineraries and identify optimal fares.
• Manage hotel and other non‑air travel reservations via B2B platforms.
• Respond to client requests professionally by phone and email.
• Provide alternative travel solutions when required.
• Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate or business travel.
• Strong knowledge of Amadeus or Sabre ticketing systems.
• Proficiency with B2B hotel booking platforms such as TBO or Hotelbeds.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
