Senior UX Designer

About the role

This senior UX designer position is based in Saudi Arabia and focuses on shaping the end‑to‑end experience of an AI‑enabled customer support platform used by service representatives in complex operational environments. You will translate evolving product requirements into high‑fidelity, implementation‑ready designs that guide engineering and product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Convert product requirements into clear, scalable UX solutions and high‑fidelity interfaces using Figma.
• Design comprehensive user journeys, workflows, interaction patterns, edge cases and system states.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, content and business teams to ensure designs are consistent, usable and ready for implementation.
• Document design decisions, screen behaviours and interaction logic to support accurate development.
• Contribute to and maintain established design systems, ensuring consistency and reusability.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, technical constraints and usability testing.
• Participate in Agile delivery cycles, including reviews and refinement sessions.
• Embed accessibility and human‑centred design principles across all experiences.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of UX or product design experience in complex, enterprise‑level environments.
• Proven ability to deliver production‑ready, high‑fidelity design assets.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto‑layout, responsive design, variants, prototyping).
• Experience designing complex workflows, enterprise tools or service‑oriented applications.
• Familiarity with design systems and reusable UX patterns.
• Understanding of multi‑state interfaces, including error, loading and edge cases.
