About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Waiter to uphold the highest standards of service and hygiene in our dining hall. You will work closely with the Captain Waiter and the rest of the team to deliver a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

Prepare the dining area before service, ensuring tables, chairs and settings are ready.
Clean and maintain service utensils and equipment to meet hygiene standards.
Assist the Captain Waiter with daily operational tasks and special requests.
Monitor and enforce food safety and cleanliness protocols throughout the service.
Support junior staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

Required profile

Proven experience in a waiter or similar hospitality role.
Strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
