Senior Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Senior Warehouse Coordinator to oversee warehouse functions, ensure compliance with contractual terms, and maintain equipment for production, planning, export, EHS, quality, and freight operations. The role acts as the central coordination point between all departments and distribution centers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily off‑loading plans for potato consignments with AGRO.
• Manage cold‑store operations in partnership with Agro, Engineering, and QFS teams.
• Prepare and circulate monthly IMPM reports for liquidation of slow‑moving materials.
• Generate weekly ageing reports and follow up on rejected or quality‑rejected materials with quality and planning departments.
• Oversee quarterly calibration of weigh bridges, oil tanks, and potato equipment.
• Upload incident, near‑miss, and CAPA reports on MYEHS with corrective action plans.
• Facilitate daily internal transfers between plants and production teams.
• Produce weekly PO status reports to ensure utility coverage.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in warehouse or logistics coordination.
• Strong ability to liaise with multiple internal departments and external partners.
• Detail‑oriented with solid reporting and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing operational reports.
• Knowledge of calibration procedures for weigh bridges and storage equipment.
• Familiarity with incident reporting and corrective action processes.
