About the role

The Senior Water Sports Instructor leads the delivery of premium water‑sports experiences at Red Sea Sports & Entertainment. Based on‑site, the role combines advanced instruction with leadership, ensuring safety, quality, and memorable guest interactions in a luxury marine tourism environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead water‑sports activities and instructional programs to the highest safety and quality standards.
• Act as the senior on‑water authority, enforcing safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Mentor, coach, and support Water Sports Instructors and junior team members.
• Deliver guest experiences that are professional, engaging, and memorable.
• Assist the Water Sports/Operations Manager with daily operational planning and execution.
• Support pre‑opening setup, testing, and commissioning of facilities and equipment.
• Develop operational procedures, safety standards, and training materials.
• Supervise daily post‑opening water‑sports activities, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Senior‑level water‑sports professional with proven leadership on‑site.
• Experience mentoring junior instructors and supporting operational planning.
• Strong commitment to safety, guest service, and luxury hospitality standards.
