About the role
As a Food Server at Café Boulud, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional and memorable dining experience for guests. You will provide attentive, personalized service while demonstrating extensive knowledge of the restaurant’s food and beverage offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests throughout their dining experience.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and the stories behind each dish.
- Guide guests through the dining journey, offering thoughtful recommendations and answering menu or beverage questions.
- Ensure each guest enjoys the distinctive culinary experience and legendary service standards of Four Seasons and Café Boulud.
Required profile
- Saudi national, as the position is part of the Saudization initiative.
- Passion for luxury hospitality and French dining experiences.
- Ability to deliver intuitive, personalized service in a high‑end restaurant environment.
