Server – Full‑Time Food & Beverage

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Server to join our Food & Beverage team at our resort on Shura Island. As a Guest Service Expert you will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, coordinating with the kitchen and maintaining a clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Take orders, communicate them accurately to the kitchen, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, work stations and service supplies.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a smile.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards, including proper lifting and movement of items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of experience in a similar guest‑service role.
• Ability to stand, walk and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Willingness to work full‑time hours in a hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to read menus and verify information visually.
• Physical capability to lift, carry and move items as described.
