Server – Guest Service Expert

About the role

Join the EDITION Hotels team as a Server, delivering memorable guest experiences in a luxury hospitality setting on Shura Island, Saudi Arabia. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy seamless service from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payment transactions.
• Maintain safety standards, follow company policies, and uphold uniform and appearance guidelines.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance) and navigate uneven surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
