Server – Luxury Resort (Red Sea, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Server will deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests at the new Four Seasons Resort on Shura Island, creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience in a luxury beachside setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required.
• Present menus, provide detailed information on dishes and beverages, and answer guest queries.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and input them into the ordering system.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a fine‑dining or luxury resort environment.
• Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality guest experiences.
• Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
