Service Crew – Restaurant Team Member

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Service Crew members to join our restaurant team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, accurate orders, and a smooth dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest within 5 seconds at the front counter or drive‑thru.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area and exterior.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards, ensuring freshness and accuracy.
• Handle cash, credit, and voucher transactions, issue receipts, and manage the cash till.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures, including regular temperature checks and proper hand‑washing.
• Participate in store meetings, uphold restaurant policies, and keep the front counter stocked for peak periods.
• Address guest concerns promptly, applying service recovery techniques to resolve issues.
