Service Engineer – Foundation Construction Machinery

About the role

We are looking for a Service Engineer specialized in foundation construction machinery to ensure the reliable operation of rotary drilling rigs, diaphragm wall equipment, and hydraulic pile‑driving rigs. The role combines on‑site maintenance, technical support, and coordination with engineering and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and routine upkeep of foundation construction equipment.
• Handle new machine deliveries, conduct after‑sales inspections, and execute repairs.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support to resolve equipment issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular customer visits, equipment inspections, and manage acceptance of newly delivered machines.
• Coordinate spare‑parts availability, execute parts sales plans, and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Diagnose mechanical and technical problems, perform repairs, and replace faulty components.
• Support product upgrades, technical modifications, and improvement programs.
• Submit accurate service reports and collaborate with engineering and sales teams in China.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of technical service or service management experience, preferably in foundation construction machinery.
• Proficiency in English or Arabic for daily work.
• Valid Saudi Arabia driver’s license.
