Service Logistics Operations Specialist – Spare Parts

About the role

The Service Logistics Operations Specialist – Spare Parts will manage end‑to‑end logistics for OEM spare parts, ensuring timely delivery to dealers, service centers and body shops while supporting vehicle uptime and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound spare‑part shipments from OEM hubs, regional distribution centers and local suppliers.
• Manage Vehicle‑Off‑Road (VOR), emergency and critical spare‑part logistics to minimise repair lead times.
• Work with 3PL warehouses and transport providers, monitoring performance against OEM SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee reverse‑logistics processes for warranty returns, core returns, campaign/recall returns and defective parts, ensuring proper documentation and disposition.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with OEM policies, SOPs, audit standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in service logistics or spare‑parts distribution within an automotive or OEM environment.
• Familiarity with VOR management, critical‑spare‑part handling and reverse‑logistics processes.
• Ability to coordinate with 3PL partners and monitor performance against defined service‑level targets.
• Strong focus on compliance, documentation and traceability.
