Service Manager – Electrical Services

About the role

Evostel is seeking a Service Manager to lead its Electrical Services Business across Saudi Arabia. The role oversees the full lifecycle of engineering, field services, testing & commissioning, retro‑fit projects, maintenance and technical consulting for power distribution and industrial electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business development and pre‑sales support for service opportunities in industrial, utility, infrastructure and commercial sectors.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering and field teams through design, resource planning, execution, testing, customer acceptance and project closure.
• Ensure safety compliance, operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction on all service engagements.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Procurement, vendors and customers to secure and deliver profitable contracts.
• Promote technical excellence and support Evostel’s strategic expansion in electrical services.

Required profile

• Results‑oriented leader with extensive experience in electrical services, power distribution and industrial maintenance.
• Strong commercial, engineering and operational capabilities, able to build high‑performance service organisations.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale projects and deliver safe, profitable, customer‑centric solutions.
