Service Project Manager

About the role

As a Service Project Manager at Siemens Energy you will drive complex projects that support the company’s global energy solutions. The role is aimed at experienced project managers with a background in electrical engineering, renewable energy or mechatronics, who can lead diverse, multicultural teams and deliver results that align with Siemens Energy’s sustainability mission.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams across multiple locations, ensuring collaboration and accountability for project outcomes.
• Develop and execute structured communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and track milestones.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from scope definition to closure, adhering to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Utilise Siemens Energy digital tools for data‑driven decision‑making, process optimisation and reporting.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively using procurement plans and responsibility matrices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related discipline.
• 5‑10 years of project management or team‑leadership experience in a multinational, multicultural environment.
• Strong documentation skills for reporting, milestone tracking and audit processes.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risk analysis and contract handling using Siemens Energy standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder communication and conflict resolution.
